St. Nicholas is Coming!
Dear Saints,
St. Nicholas is coming to All Saints this Sunday! He’ll be leaving presents in the children’s’ shoes while they are at Kid’s Connect (our leaders will make sure the gifts get to other kids, as well). He’ll be making an appearance at Coffee Hour, too, so be sure to get your St. Nich selfie! :)
St. Nicholas was a fourth-century bishop from Myra (now Turkey). He lived in a time of great famine and is known for his generosity and helping people who were hungry. He is a wonderful saint to inspire us in our feeding ministries at All Saints!
This Saturday, stop by the All Saints table at the Woodstock Tree Lighting for some hot apple cider and candy canes anytime from 5pm to 6pm (tree is lit at 6pm). We’ll be sharing info about our Outreach Ministries and inviting neighbors to our Christmas Eve candlelight services. Please invite your friends and neighbors, too. They are beautiful services that truly make it feel like Christmas.
In peace,
Andria+
