Rector's Note: Thank you!
Dear Saints,
It was so much fun celebrating Pentecost with you all last week! Thank you to every one who helped make it such a beautiful day.
A big thank you also to everyone who came out for the Laughing Planet fundraiser for the Woodstock Pantry last weekend. It raised $1,583. The branch manager commented on what an awesome community we have and that it was a great showing. With that, and other donations that have come in recently, we have been able to place the order for the refurbished container. It should arrive some time in July. I will share more of the details as they come into place.
This Sunday we will continue with our 8:00am call-in service and we will have the 10:15 service online and in-person, followed by outside Coffee Hour. Rev. Deborah Hughes Habel will be leading our services as I take time off to be with family at the coast. I will be back next week.
Next Sunday, June 6, we will have our 8:00am, 9:00am (outdoor), and 10:15am in-person services. You no longer need to RSVP. Also, given that the spread of Covid-19 outside is rare, and per state and diocesan guidelines, masks are no longer required outside, though people may still choose to wear them. We will keep you posted as our guidelines shift to match those given by our governor and bishop. For this Sunday, we will continue to wear masks inside unless a special exemption is sought. Additionally, we will continue to have the call-in and streaming options for the 8:00 and 10:15 services.
Blessings to you all and have a safe and happy Memorial Day Weekend.
In Peace,
Andria+
