MLK Celebration & Outreach Presentation Sunday
Dear Saints,
You all have been in my prayers this last week. Who would’ve known a week ago that many of us would be spending these last seven days home bound?
I know for members of our community the weather has meant power outages, downed trees, pipes bursting, disappointing change of plans, cabin fever, not having school or other supports to lean on. Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations and disruption to routine is hard. If you did nothing but make it through the week, don’t feel bad. God looks at you and loves you! And warmer days are ahead!!
If you are looking forward to getting out of the house, this Sunday is the perfect opportunity. We have the special MLK services at 8am and 10:15am. There will be time for conversation, coffee and treats after. We will also have 15 minute presentations on our Outreach Programs in the Parish Hall at around 8:15 and 11:40pm. It will be a nice time for us to connect around messages of love and hope.
Blessings to you on this home stretch of ice and cold.
