Leroy Barber + Pop-up Coffee this Sunday
This Sunday we'll be joined by Rev. Leroy Barber as our preacher at the 10:15am service. Afterwards, Grinds & Vines, a black-owned coffee and wine bar and social enterprise / incubator for upcoming Black leaders, will be hosting pop-up coffee. 25% of all their profits go toward The Voices Project, an organization that provides insight on how to be effective in leadership within one’s respective area of cultural influence in a way that is rooted in the history and experience of people of color. Rev. Leroy Barber will also be leading us in discussion about a possible Town Hall at All Saints on how Portlanders encourage businesses of color in our area.
At the 8am service, Rev. Andria will lead "The Listening Project: Discerning Through Story & Scripture," a diocesan wide offering, during the sermon time. We will have coffee, treats and conversation after the 8:00am. Blessings in these last days in Lent!
