Juneteenth Planning and Training | All Saints Episcopal Church

Thank you to everyone who came to our first Juneteenth weekend celebration planning meeting and training. There was an excellent turnout and the conversation was very engaging.

Rev. Leroy Barber talked about the work we are doing as repair work. How celebration can be a form of resistance and repair. How there is a difference between valuing diversity and equity and being committed to it. And that we are entering into a journey without a set destination that is about relationships.

Stay tuned for the date of our next meeting and consider volunteering for one of the Juneteenth events the weekend of June 17-19.

Our 8:00 A.M. Holy Communion, Rite 1 Service, held in the Chapel, is our most traditional service. All are welcome. Our 10:15 A.M. Holy Communion, Rite II Service, held in the Sanctuary, includes a Sermon, Readings, and Hymns. You can participate In-Person or in the Live Premiere on our Facebook page or watch on our website. The current bulletin and service can always be found in the Online Worship section of our website. All are welcome.
