Delighting In the Christmas Story
Dear Saints,
On this 4th Sunday in Advent, our children and youth will lead us in a fun reenactment of "Twas the Very First Christmas." Anyone who wants to participate, please arrive at 9:50am to get a costume.
Then on Christmas Eve, we will have our Candlelight Services. The 4PM family friendly service includes the Christmas Story Pageant, using the classic text from the gospel of Luke and featuring two goats and a small horse!
The 8PM Choral Eucharist is our most traditional Christmas Eve service with the choir and strings. Both Christmas Eve services end with the tradition of lighting candles and singing Silent Night.
These worship services will all be beautiful, each giving us a unique chance to enter into the story of Emmanuel, God with us.
Blessings to you in these final days of watching and waiting.
In peace,
Andria+.
